Facts

  • The complex is the redevelopment project of the former Henninger Brewery site in the Frankfurt borough of Sachsenhausen. The project has three smaller residential towers and several hundreds of apartments in low-rise buildings. The redevelopment masterplan also includes office space, service facilities and a hotel.
  • The centerpiece of the complex will be the converted Henninger Turm - currently the world's tallest brewery silo.
  • New plans for the quarter have been presented on January 17, 2005 including more residential units as well as an additional tower.
  • According to latest reports construction of the project could start in 2006.
