Facts

• City Center occupies the entire block bounded by Nicollet Mall and Hennepin Avenue between 6th and 7th Streets South.
• The complex is connected by skyway to the PwC Plaza, Macy’s Department Store, Wells Fargo Center through Gaviidae Common, Fifty South Sixth, and the Plymouth Building.
• The Dayton Building stood at the northeast corner of this site until 1935.
• Other buildings that previously stood on this block include the Radisson Center, Hotel Dyckman, the Minneapolis Gas & Light Company Building Addition, and the Medical Block.
