Located northeast of downtown Seattle, west of Woodinville, on the King and Snohomish County border. Bothell was founded in the 1870s and was incorporated in 1909. A large annexation in the 1980s doubled the size and population of the city. The University of Washington Bothell Campus and Cascade Community College are also located in this high-tech industrial city.
